Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All in-hand items are shipped from the United States with tracking ~3-5 business days after purchase, unless otherwise stated. Please note that on shop update weeks packages may take longer to ship due to the volume of orders. If you have an inquiry about when your package will ship you can always email me.  

Enamel pin orders are shipped in a bubble mailer or a small cardboard box depending on order contents and size.

Prints and stickers are wrapped in cellophane bags and shipped in a rigid mailer.

COMBINE SHIPPING/ADDRESS CHANGE

Addresses cannot be changed for in-hand items once a purchase has been made. Please make sure your address is correct. Orders will not be forwarded to a different address. Orders will be shipped to the address on file at the time of purchase.

Due to the volume of orders during shop update days orders cannot be combined. This can lead to mistakes, and we don't want that!

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Any in-stock items purchased along with pre-orders will not ship until the pre-orders are in hand. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, please make a separate purchase containing in-stock items only.

Pre-order pins take anywhere from 8-12 weeks for production. Pre-orders are put into production after funding goals are met and are subject to unexpected delays. You can follow me on instagram (@halfyashy) for pre-order updates. Refund requests for pre-orders are not accepted.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & FEES

Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees for their orders once it reaches the destination country. Packges are declared with the full value amount of the order and will not be reduced.

Halfyashy is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing times or package returns due to customs fees. If your package is returned to Halfyashy, you will only be eligible for a refund on your order amount minus any shipping/processing fees.
