Refund policy

Once shipped, all sales are final. This means that no returns, cancellations or exchanges will be accepted after your order has been shipped*. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing.

*If you receive a damaged product, please email halfyashy within 7 days of receiving the product and include photos of the package, the damaged items and your order number. Requests for exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges are not guaranteed due to the small/limited edition size of most products. In the case a refund is issued fees will not be included as they are not refunded when issuing refunds.
